Delivery times
1. The time period stated on the website for processing the translation is only an estimated processing period. Clicktranslate™ will endeavour to meet the turnaround time, but cannot be held liable for any delay in delivery of the translation. They do not constitute a binding guarantee. The customer is obliged to accept any partial deliveries on the agreed terms. Clicktranslate™ reserves the right to change the delivery date.
2. Payment is due at the time the order is placed.
3. Payment can be made in euros by credit card, direct debit, invoice and PayPal. Payment by credit card, direct debit and invoice is processed by PayPal. Please note that we can only begin work on a translation once payment has been received in one of our accounts.
4 Your order will be dispatched by Deutsche Post / DHL.
5 We only ship to Germany as standard. If you require shipping to another country, please send us an e-mail to info@e-kern.com and let us know the delivery address, country and postcode. We will then inform you shortly whether we can also ship to the desired country and, if necessary, inform you of the shipping costs, as we have to enquire about the shipping options and costs in advance with our shipping partner.
6. We charge a flat rate of EUR 4.95 shipping costs per order for shipping within Germany.
7. In the event of cancellation, all services rendered and a cancellation fee of 50% of the order value will be charged. For express translations, a cancellation fee of 100% of the order value will be charged.
