What does a certified translation cost?

Clicktranslate does not charge one flat price for every certificate and language. Your quote depends on the documents submitted and the services selected. Upload your document to see the calculated price for your particular order.

What determines the price?

The word count and language pair affect translation costs. If you select a certified translation, certification, printing and mailing are also included in the calculation. A minimum order value may apply. The price breakdown shows each item, VAT and the total before payment.

Why not charge by the page?

A page can contain a few entries or be filled with text. The price is therefore not determined by page count alone. Document analysis provides the basis for the word count. Check the results, especially for tables, multiple documents or hard-to-read pages. You can request a personal review if anything is unclear.

Allow for certification and delivery

If the receiving organization requires a certified translation, select that service in the quote. The relevant order includes a paper copy mailed to your delivery address. An apostille or other additional supporting documents are not automatically included in certification. Check what your procedure requires beforehand.

How to get your online quote

  1. Upload the complete document as a PDF or clear images.
  2. Check the analysis and choose the target language and certification if needed.
  3. Review the cost breakdown and total before ordering.

Calculating a price is not a payment. Later in the ordering process, you review your details and proceed to payment. Contact us in advance about specific requirements or a fixed deadline.
