Certified translations of academic records

Applications, university admission and qualification recognition may require academic records in another language. Clicktranslate provides professional translations of school and university records and other educational documents. Check with the university, employer or responsible organization whether certification is required.

Which educational documents should I include?

A graduation certificate may not contain every detail required for a procedure. A degree certificate, transcript or additional records may also be needed. Check the receiving organization's document list and upload all required documents in full. A translation is not an assessment of the equivalence of your qualification.

Make grades, subjects and tables readable

Subject names, grades, footnotes and stamps must be clear and must not be cropped. Photograph every required page straight on in good light, or use a scan. If the reverse side explains the grading system, include it.

After uploading, select the target language. Analysis provides the basis for calculating the price. Check the word count, document type and number of detected documents. You can select a certified translation with mailing. If the analysis does not match your records, request a personal review.

Which format does the university require?

Some organizations accept digital documents; others require a paper copy or specific supporting evidence. Requirements vary between procedures. Ask whether original documents or certified copies are also needed. A certified translation does not replace those requirements.
