Get a certified translation of your marriage certificate

A marriage certificate records your marriage. A translation may be required when you submit it to a civil registration office, another authority or an organization abroad. With Clicktranslate, you can order a professional translation online, with certification and mailing if needed.

Marriage certificate or another document?

First check exactly which document the receiving organization requires. A marriage certificate, a certificate of capacity to marry and a registry extract are not automatically interchangeable. The translation reproduces the submitted document; it does not replace a missing supporting document. Ask about the target language, required format and any additional requirements.

Make every entry and annotation readable

Upload the complete certificate as a PDF or clear images. Names, places, dates, registry notes and stamps are part of the document, as are entries on the reverse side. Include any attached apostille. Analysis helps us prepare the quote; professional translators then carry out the translation.

How to get your price

Choose the appropriate source and target languages after uploading. The quote shows the detected word count and translation costs. If you select a certified translation, certification, printing and mailing costs are listed. Check all details before ordering. If a page is unreadable or document detection is unclear, request a personal review.

Plan delivery for your procedure

An order with certification and mailing includes a paper copy in addition to electronic delivery. The receiving organization decides whether you must submit that copy. Allow for its deadlines and postal delivery time. Obtaining an apostille is not part of the online order.
